Feline IMHA - Chlorambucil http://forum.lasercannon.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1202440448/5#5 Lasercannon IMHA Forum/Feline IMHA What I've been doing lately is pooring 1 pill from the pill-container into a ziploc bag.  Then, with my designated Chlorambucil piller, I manipulate the pill through the ziploc bag, and load it into the piller - never actually touching the pill with my bare hands since it's in a ziploc.  Then, once the pill's loaded in the piller, I just pill Tig without the need for any gloves. I believe this needs further studfy. It has the ability to suppress both B AND T cells. We really need a better B cell suppresant... One person has contacted me via email and indicated a side effect in their beloved Tigger was soft and bloody stool. Aeryn did not suffer this side effect. We would like to hear from others on this and all the medications. Another note about cyclo I would like to share is the absolute MUST importance of trough level testing.  Pred has the ability to concentrate or rather slow down the normal loss rate of cyclo in felines.  A proper regimen must be found through trough level testing to ensure cyclo stays in the therapeutic range.  We learned this the hard way with Aeryn unfortunately.  So please learn from our mistakes.
